Rates and Booking

- January 16th through December 14th $195/night
- December 15th through January 15th $225/night

- 2008 Ironman race week October 5th through October 11th
$225/night

Rates are subject to change without notice but are fixed at
time of booking.

Additional Cost and Information

- Nightly rate subject to Hawaii Excise Tax and Transient Tax
11.42% .
- $125 non-refundable cleaning fee
- Security deposit $500 (Refundable 14 days after departure)
- Minimum stay is five days
- Maximum number of guests is five persons
- Smoking outdoors only - no pets
- Check in time is 3:00 pm/check out time is 11:00 am
- After arrival, shortened stays will receive no refund
- 30% discount on stays 30 nights or more

Deposits and Bookings

An initial deposit of $500 is due within the first week of
booking your reservation, along with a signed copy of the lease
agreement (via FAX). This will lock you into your booked
vacation dates. The remaining balance is due 60 days prior to
your arrival date. Full payment is due if your reservation is
made within the 60 day period prior to your arrival.

Payment Options: Traveler's Check, Cashier's Check, Money Order
and major Credit Cards via PayPal.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation must be received 30 days prior to your scheduled
arrival date for refund of your deposit. If canceled within 30
days, there will be no refund unless I am able to re-rent to
someone else, in which case I will refund for those days I am
able to re-rent.
